Robert Anthony Cabbell, Sr

Robert Anthony Cabbell, Sr. (Tony) was born January 26, 1965 in Salem NJ to Barbara and James "Sonny" Cabbell, and the late Robert Allen. Robert departed this lift on November 18, 2022 at the age of 57. He attended school in the Salem City School District and was the proud graduate of the Class of 1984. During his high school years he was apart of the football team, basketball team, and also he ran track. While attending Salem High School he also took a course at the VoTech where he developed his cooking skills. Tony lived his left to the fullest and was known for his phenomenal cooking skills. He worked at many different restaurants that include Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Mannington Mills, Brigadoon, Famous Dave's and Lindsay House. You could catch him always talking about how he would fly out to conduct trainings and openings for many restaurants as well. He participated in the United Way Day of Caring where he prepared food for the homeless. In his spare time when he wasn't whipping up a good meal you could find him fishing, playing horseshoes down at the pit, out in his backyard taking care of his many plants and flowers, playing video games, watching his Eagles on Sundays or walking around town with his best friend Seven. Tony was a member of the Soul Saving Center in Salem, NJ, where is cousin Mikki Kornegay was the Pastor. Tony was very outgoing and enjoyed spending time with family and friends you could always catch him telling a joke or two. Tony leaves to cherish his memories his wife Theresa Cabbell, his mother Barbara Cabbell, step father James "Sonny" Cabbell, brother Darry Cabbell Sr, (Lanette Cabbell), sister Laressa Johnson, daughters LaToya and Toni Cabbell, sons Robert and Melvin Cabbell, grandchildren Te'Azisha, Deliyah, Maryonna, and Mekhi, Toni also leaves 5 step children and 8 step grandchildren, a host of half brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. In addition to his father Tony was predeceased by his brothers James and Dondi Cabbell, grandchildren Ja'Auan and Jakobe Nichols, great grandmother "Gram Bee", grandma Helen Spence, grandpa Edward Spence, uncle Edward Jr. aunts Beatrice Bee Spence Harmon, Margery Spence Long, and Olivia Spence Wade.
